We were audiologists and operators - on the ground, in the work, building a company that prioritized people, purpose, and performance in equal measure. What began as a shared mission became Alpaca Audiology: the largest independent clinic group in the U.S. by the time it was acquired.
But the part we’re most proud of?

We’re not a group that came together later in life - we grew up professionally side by side. HeronEQ was born out of friendship, trust, and a shared belief that business done well can change lives. We’ve always worked for the person next to us, not just the one above us. That still shapes how we show up today.
We’ve worn every hat: founder, operator, integrator, strategist, builder. And while our paths have sharpened over time - strategy, systems, vision, execution - we still carry the same DNA: deep care for culture, a bias toward action, and the unshakable belief that you can grow without losing your soul.
HeronEQ is how we continue that work - now for others.
